Shalloway & Shalloway is pleased to announce that the month of May is Elder Law Month. Organized by the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the month is all about educating seniors on their legal options with pro bono services. Firms across the country have set up events and activities in their area designed to spread the word about the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys’ mission– advocacy, guidance, and services for seniors and people with disabilities.

As a firm that believes in the importance of advocating for their clients’ needs, Shalloway & Shalloway is a longtime supporter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. When clients work with the firm, they are always floored by the team’s desire to be kind and honest above all else. During what is often one of the most difficult parts of one’s life, Shalloway’s staff works to make it easier.

“Compassionate, Trustworthy and Patient,” one client says. “Thank you for answering all our questions, creating a financial safety net and helping us navigate through the tough stages of end of life care for those we love.

One of the most important aspects of keeping clients in the loop is education. Firm president Mark Shalloway is a firm believer that everyone should have a grasp of the area of practice so that they can make the best decision for themselves or their loved ones. As a result, Shalloway hosts monthly free, virtual seminars on the diverse world of elder law. All are welcome to attend and expand their knowledge on Medicaid planning, asset protection, and more.
