Sima Sara, internationally renowned colorist and director of Salon Sima in Boca Raton, takes the coronavirus situation very seriously. Salon Sima always has been, and always will be, a clean environment for clients and employees, so that everyone can leave the salon looking and feeling as good as they did when they entered. Still, to ensure the utmost health and safety of everyone who walks through the salon doors, the staff closely follows updates and advice given by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

In the state of Florida, many counties are insisting that all nonessential businesses close and that everyone stays home as much as possible. While this ultimatum is difficult and scary, the staff at Salon Sima urges everyone to practice social distancing to keep everyone as healthy and safe as possible. Avoid travel, do not gather in large groups, and practice social distancing by keeping six feet between you and everyone else at a time. The faster we do this, the sooner it will be over.

Sima Sara and her staff remind everyone to practice these few easy tips to keep one’s friends, family, and self safe. Make sure you regularly wash your hands, practice social distancing, avoid touching your face, practice proper respiratory hygiene, and seek medical attention if you experience a cough, fever, and difficulty breathing.

Stay at home, stay safe, stay healthy, and stay positive. Remember that by working through this together, it will all be over soon.
