Mark Shalloway Announces November 2019 is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month

(West Palm Beach, Florida) November 20, 2019

Mark Shalloway is pleased to announce that the Palm Beach County Commission has declared November 2019 Alzheimer’s Public Awareness Month. Shalloway made a presentation on the topic to the Commission and accepted the proclamation alongside Alzheimer’s Community Care President and CEO, Mary M. Barnes. As Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors at Alzheimer’s Community Care and president of his elder law firm, Shalloway & Shalloway, receiving this recognition was an honor for Mark Shalloway.

Alzheimer’s Disease is a progressive, degenerative disease related to dementia. With 25 percent of Palm Beach County’s residents being seniors, Alzheimer’s awareness and research is important to the people of south Florida. The proclamation sheds light on the wonderful work the people at Alzheimer’s Community Care and Alzheimer’s Association Southeast Florida Chapter do. Through these organizations, families have better access to resources, care, and support for their loved ones.

“Alzheimer’s Community Care is committed to the safety, well-being, dignity and quality of life of individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia,” says Mark Shalloway. “I’m proud to be part of an organization that does so much to improve the lives of persons living with Alzheimer’s as well as their families.”

At Shalloway & Shalloway, the staff works tirelessly to ensure clients receive the respect and care they deserve. Mark Shalloway understands how expensive and difficult it can be to provide aged family members the care they desperately need. That is why Shalloway and his people do everything they can to make sure their clients have the means to provide for their loved ones.

“It seems that in West Palm Beach, there really isn’t a better option for elder law than Mark Shalloway and his people at Shalloway & Shalloway,” Jasel Patel, expert and CEO of NGOTechnologies says. “Good attorneys are important, certainly, but attorneys who truly care about their clients and the outcome of their clients’ case are the best attorneys, and that is the sort of treatment clients can expect from Shalloway & Shalloway.”
