Rabbi Stephen Spiegel is pleased to announce a new service. The Cancun-based Rabbi is one of the top wedding officiants for Jewish and Interfaith weddings in the area, but the Mexico Rabbi offers far more than that. He is proud to extend his services to Jewish baby naming ceremonies—a ceremony in which a baby is given a Hebrew name.

The traditional wish of this ceremony is that the child grows into a life of loving relationships, good deeds, and dedication to the Torah. Blessings are given for the baby’s well-being. Most often, these names are selected due to family significance, making the ceremony a personal and memorable moment for everyone involved. Rabbi Steve walks the family through each step to ensure they are as comfortable and content as possible.

Whether a wedding ceremony, bar or bat mitzvah, conversion, or naming ceremony is called upon, Rabbi Steve does everything in his power to make everyone comfortable and happy. He meets with the couple or family involved several times over call, Skype, or email—whichever the client prefers—in order to foster a warm environment that leaves everyone feeling nothing but the love they have for one another.

“Rabbi Stephen Spiegel was wonderful to work with!” one bride on WeddingWire says. “He was patient, flexible, and very friendly. He officiated our destination wedding perfectly and met all our expectations! We highly recommend him to officiate your wedding!

The ceremonies Rabbi Steve officiates are about the people it revolves around. It is Rabbi Steve’s mission to make that ceremony everything the person hoped it would be, and more. Whether it be a traditional or contemporary ceremony, Rabbi Steve does not mind. The happiness of others is what matters to him.
