Mark Shalloway— president of West Palm Beach elder law firm, Shalloway & Shalloway—is pleased to announce his partnership with ABLE United. As an attorney who represents clients for special needs planning and special needs trusts, partnering with ABLE was an easy choice.

ABLE United

ABLE stands for Achieving a Better Life Experience, and that is exactly what the staff at ABLE United strive to do. Through the ABLE Act, ABLE United authorizes states to create tax-free savings accounts for individuals with disabilities. The savings investment is designed to help individuals with a disability and their families the means to support a better quality of life through independence and health. An ABLE account enables individuals to save up to $15,000 per year.

Ensuring that his clients have a better quality of life is what Mark Shalloway does. For nearly 30 years, Shalloway and his staff of dedicated attorneys have made a major impact on the well-being of the elder and disabled communities in South Florida. No matter how big or small a case, Shalloway does everything in his power to help clients achieve the help and resources they need, all while treating them with the utmost respect and care.

Shalloway knows how difficult it can be to plan a family member’s (or one’s own) future, and he works tirelessly to make that process easier. Clients are floored by Shalloway, and his staff’s, expertise and willingness to help where other attorneys may turn away. It isn’t the numbers that matter, it’s the results.

“Our experience with Shalloway & Shalloway, P.A. is amazing,” one woman says. “They turned literally our life around from desperate to hopeful. They are very professional, efficient and fast working. They are all extremely friendly and helpful. We had the feeling when we entered their office that they are just working for us.”
