Mark Shalloway, President of elder law firm Shalloway & Shalloway, attended Mental Health America’s Spring Luncheon of 2019. The luncheon honored Margaret Donnelley, a long-time volunteer and advocate for mental health services in the Palm Beach area. She works tirelessly to eradicate the stigma that comes with mental illness, and raises funds to improve mental health care in this community. The reigning quote for the event was:

“Cast from shackles which bound them, this bell shall ring out hope for the mentally ill and victory over mental illness.”

Donnelley served on the Board of Directors for a number of organizations revolving around the topic, such as Adopt-A-Family—an organization working to provide help to the homeless—, Alzheimer’s Community Care—an organization that works to assist those effected by Alzheimer’s—, and the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. Mark Shalloway attended the event to honor Margaret Donnelley’s expansive career of volunteering, philanthropy, and helping others.
